I liked the location of the serviced apartments. It was very comfortable.
Parking was far away. Parking was charged on top of the room charge
great location, great staff and a really nice, simple but lovely room
1. Lots of space inside the 2 bedroom unit to accommodate a mature couple plus my daughter, her husband and baby. 2. great location in centre of city
1. Great difficulty of finding car space to unload luggage. It should be made known to guests that there is a laneway at the side of the hotel to unload 2. iron that did not work
Generous sized apartments and close to public transport (including the tram to Glenelg). Also close to the river Torrens and surrounding parks.
City location. spacious. Had everything you need re kitchen and bathroom.
Parking. Booking slip said there was parking nearby and receptionist had no idea and offered only off site. Everything shuts in Adelaide .. breakfast at the markets on Saturday was great but nothing open on Sunday.. thank goodness for Convenience stores everywhere.
I liked the facilities and the convenience of everything and the layout of the room was easy and convenient.
I'm not sure if i can directly blame the mattress itself but i found myself in a lot of pain after sleeping on it as the mattress seemed to have some affect on my tailbone. This may just be a personal back issue of mine but i've never had that kind of issue before.
daily room service
poor car parking facilities & poor kitchenette facilities for a serviced apartment & dour appearnce & windows filthy..cant see through them
Size of room. Good staff this weekend - very helpful.
location, helpful and friendly staff
only that when we got out of the lift there was a strong stale cigarette smell - both being hay fever sufferers the smell didn't help the sinnuses - once we got into our room the smell went
We enjoyed our stay and found the products in both the bathroom and kitchen were of an high standard aposed to other places we have stayed. We had an amazing time in town and the location was perfect for shopping and dinning .
Sorry but only one thing ! I sleep with two pillows and there were only two on the double bed lol
Our location was fantastic and accessible by foot and public transport to all the features of the city. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
Location is excellent.
Tap in bathroom basin was running (not simply dripping) due to a worn washer when we checked in. Desk staff were alerted to the problem but it wasn't fixed until 12 hours later (by different desk staff in the evening).Towels were changed after only being used once and despite notification that rooms would not be serviced as usual due to public holiday (not a problem to us). A sign in the bathroom states that Quest is concerned about the environment but a running tap being left for who knows how long and changing towels so soon doesn't seem to demonstrate this.
location is convenient as is close to rundle mall for shopping, central market and dining out at either rundle street or gouger street cafes all within walking distance. Also close to public tram, train and bus services. The one bedroom self contained was quite adequate for the weekend stay with 3 adults in room and would be suitable if staying for a few days more. Have stayed previously in a 2 bedroom self contained room with 5 adults and room was just as good. Chose quest for the location and its great to walk into a hotel where the staff make you feel comfortable as soon as you walkin.Good stay if sticking to a budget.
Drop off to hotel is inconvenient as can only park quickly in a little back lane where other businesses and delivery services use lane also. No carpark facilities at hotel. Carpark provided with stay a short walk away. Colour scheme, brightness and entrance into foyer area off the back lane could be improved seemed a bit dull and not inviting. Entrance from King William Street is a bit more pleasant. The bathroom facilites, as toilet and shower are together need to have exhaust fans fitted for obvious reasons .
